Refund & Exchange
Regular Orders
It is ensure that customer can return and exchange within 30 days of
delivery.
Once we have received and
inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order
will be processed and delivered to you within next 15 business days. In case of
refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email
confirmation that your return is completed. Please note, depending on your
financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the
credit to post to your account.
Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund
or exchange under any circumstances. Also please note that in case of returns,
customers would have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us.
Custom Orders
Return and Alteration
We are ensuring to get your perfect jacket in the first go. We share the
actual pictures of your custom order before dispatching it to minimize the
return rate. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit you well, we do the
first alteration free of cost.
Payments
Payment
will be accepted via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express. Your card
number will be protected using SSL, industry-leading encryption standard. If
you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you
are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a
secured connection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be done
within 2 days of order placement, the customer should contact support for requesting order
cancellation.
Order Acceptance &
Payment
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed due
to various reasons. The website reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional
verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and
address, before we accept the order. We are determined to provide the most
accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may
still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly
on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In
the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either
contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such
cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies
and rules.
Pricing
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in
USD. However, if your card currency is other than USD, you can place your
order. Our system will accept the order by deducting the equivalent amount of
the respective currency.
Users & Accounts
All the registered users are responsible to maintain the confidentiality
of their respective accounts. Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited
to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use
the website.
Governing Law
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website
shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE. United Arab
of Emirates is our country of domicile.
